What can I say? Our stay at Ninh Binh Legend was absolutely amazing! We were welcomed by friendly staff who spoke excellent English. The free shuttle bus was a great convenience, and we were even able to check in early and enjoy a complimentary upgrade to a stunning suite. The food was top-notch, with talented chefs who clearly love what they do. The facilities were outstanding, from the pools to the library, and our room had everything we needed and more. Thank you to Mr. Hung and the entire staff for making our stay unforgettable!
Can't recommend this hotel highly enough!

This hotel was very disappointing. They had lost our booking, they sold us an expensive and poor tour, they do not (as advertised) have 24 hour room service, their restaurant closes before the scheduled hours, they are well out of the way of anywhere, and their night staff are very unhelpful. It was a terrible experience.

The rooms were big and very nice. It was nice to have a pool and go by the hotels bikesl in the small villages.
If you were not talking to a manager at the reception, the other staff gave you a bad service. It was like the hotel tried to make as much money as possible out of you - all the time. When the helped you with something they always charged you ekstra. Drinks was quite expensive (according to Vietnam) soda around 2,5, bananadrink 4,5

I chose this hotel for a business conference and I was impressed with the excellent amenities they provided. The business centre offered printing, copying, and fax services, making it convenient for my work needs. The free shuttle service, 24-hour front desk, and gift shop were also great additions to my stay.
The only service I missed for my work was a dedicated meeting room or conference facility. It would have been more convenient to have a designated space for business meetings and presentations.

The Ninh Binh Legend Hotel is conveniently located far away from everything, ensuring you get a scenic taxi ride to reach any destination. The facilities are lovely, especially the restaurant and pool.
Walking distance to amenities is overrated anyway, right?

Lovely room but 'interesting' rooftop bar
We booked a lovely room at this hotel and were pleased with its spaciousness and cleanliness. However, the rooftop bar was a bit of a letdown. While it was beautifully built, the music was loud and not to our taste, resulting in a lack of patrons. Despite this, the hotel itself was very good overall.

The hotel staff were amazing, friendly and helpful. The rooms were spacious and beautifully decorated. The hotel had a lovely pool and offered motorbike rentals or a driver for sightseeing. They went above and beyond to accommodate our dietary needs and even provided a transfer to catch the bus. a truly outstanding experience.
Can't fault the property in any way.

I chose this hotel for attending a product showcase and the business center provided excellent support with its printing, copying, and fax services. The free shuttle service and 24-hour front desk were convenient for my work needs.
The only service that I missed for my work was a dedicated meeting room or conference center.

The tour desk was so helpful in planning our epic adventures to Tam Coc and TrangAn. Plus, the hotel had awesome recreational amenities like an outdoor pool and an outdoor tennis court. We even had a blast dancing the night away at the nightclub! And let's not forget about the live music and cocktails at the bar - it was the perfect vibe for us young party-goers.
The only thing we wished for was a more happening nightlife scene. While the hotel had a nightclub, it would have been even more lit if they had more party events and activities for us young folks.

Spacious rooms fitted with wooden furnishings, cable TV, and a work desk. The room I stayed in had a view of the beautiful Trang An Scenic Landscape Complex, making it feel like I was waking up in a serene painting every morning.
Location is a bit remote.

Spacious rooms with wooden furnishings, cable TV, and a work desk made me feel like royalty during my stay. The comfortable bed was like sleeping on a cloud, and the large bathroom with a separate shower area was a luxurious retreat. The hotel staff was incredibly friendly and kind, always going above and beyond to ensure my needs were met. The onsite spa was a heavenly escape, where I indulged in a rejuvenating massage and body treatment. And let's not forget the delicious Eastern European cuisine at European Foods restaurant, a true culinary delight. my stay at this hotel was nothing short of a fairytale.
Initial issues with a/c and TV.
